Any activities performed under your account are your sole responsibility, and Luveedu Cloud will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
Use of Services
By using Luveedu Cloud services, you agree to use them for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, distributing malware, hacking, or hosting illegal content. Violating this term may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Service Availability
While Luveedu Cloud strives to provide uninterrupted services, there may be occasional downtime due to maintenance or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, or service unavailability. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance to ensure minimal disruption to your services.
Domain Registration and Renewal
All domain registrations are subject to availability. You are responsible for ensuring that domain renewals are completed on time. Luveedu Cloud is not responsible for any loss, suspension, or cancellation of domains due to failure to renew within the specified period. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed.
Payment Terms
All fees for hosting, domain, or other services must be paid in advance. Failure to make timely payments will result in the suspension of your services. Luveedu Cloud reserves the right to terminate accounts with overdue payments. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Content Ownership and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your website using Luveedu Cloud services. This includes ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Luveedu Cloud does not monitor or claim ownership over any content but reserves the right to suspend services for any illegal or harmful content.
No Adult, Illegal, or Downloader Sites
Luveedu Cloud does not allow the hosting of pornographic, adult, or illegal websites on shared hosting or cloud hosting plans. Additionally, any movie downloading, video downloading, or video streaming sites are prohibited on these plans. Customers interested in these activities must purchase a VPS or dedicated server. If such content is found, Luveedu Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated domain, hosting, or entire account without prior notice.
Malware and Virus Protection
If any Luveedu Cloud account is found to be hosting malware, viruses, or involved in hacking attempts, Luveedu Cloud reserves the right to delete the affected files, suspend the hosting account, domain, or terminate the Luveedu Cloud Manager account entirely. No prior notification will be provided in such cases, and the decision will be final to protect the integrity of our network and other customers.
Promotions and Offers
Luveedu Cloud offers competitive pricing, and the prices displayed on our website are the final prices. If you have a valid coupon code, you may apply it during checkout. However, Luveedu Cloud is not responsible for non-working, expired, or misused coupons. Coupons promoted outside of Luveedu or Luveedu Cloud, including third-party platforms, are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for discrepancies in such offers.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of our services. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments will still be due, and no refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Luveedu Cloud services will be resolved through the courts located in the jurisdiction of Ariyan Debnath’s business operations. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
